Hannah C - Manager, SENCO

Hello, I am Hannah and I am the manager of Acle Pre-school. I started here in 2017 as a student studying my level 2 qualification, volunteering just 1 day a week to gain some experience. I then went on to become a member of the bank staff team, then a practitioner where I studied for my level 3 qualification, and in 2022 I took over as the manager! I have always been supported at Acle Pre-school to push myself and enhance my professional development, something I am grateful for and also something I will now carry through with my wonderful team.

I have worked with children for over 18 years, teaching dance at the dance school I grew up in and in Primary schools across the county. After completing my training in dance and then going off and exploring different avenues of this work, I decided that Early Years was where I wanted to be. I love to see the children progress and learn in their own ways and encourage them to be their own little person in the world. I have a passion for continuously moving forward with my work and making the experience our children and families have the best it can be.

Outside of Pre-school I still continue to teach children aged 2-16 dance. I love to visit the theatre as often as I can, spend time with my family and friends and take my crazy Cocker Spaniel for walks! I look forward to meeting and working alongside many of you soon.

Hannah W - Deputy Manager, SENCO

My Name is Hannah. I am the Deputy manager at Acle Pre-school. I have worked in Early Years in various different roles and places for over 20 years which has allowed me to gain valuable experience in my career. I believe that building a strong foundation in the early years creates an important base for children’s future development.
I am currently studying for a Level 5 and my overall goal is to gain Early Years Teacher status.
At weekends I like to spend time with my family, I have 3 children who keep me busy! We go for long walks exploring our beautiful surroundings, we are new to Norfolk.  I also enjoy reading and singing.

Eve - Early Years Educator

“Hello, my name is Eve. I’ve worked at Acle Pre-School for two years now, my first year was as bank staff and my last year has been working towards my NVQ L2 which I successfully completed. I am also Paediatric first aid trained. I thoroughly enjoy working at pre-school, no two days are the same and they are a great team of ladies to work alongside! It’s amazing to watch the children grow and to be a small part of their early years and to help nurture and support their development.

In my spare time I love spending time with my family and am very animal orientated having grown up with lots of pets and previously working with a wide range of different types of animals. I also enjoy baking (and eating!) cakes and going on long walks with friends.”

Bex - Bank staff

Hi I’m Bex! I am thrilled to join the team at Acle Preschool. Having trained and worked in primary education the past 10 years, coaching children in physical development (PE) and also working as a higher learning teaching assistant (HLTA) across all key stages in primary, working with children has always been my career focus.

The Early Years Foundation Stage was always the area I enjoyed to work in the most, helping younger children to learn in a fun and creative learning environment fun. Most importantly, nurturing each child’s needs.

I am looking forward to starting my level 2 Diploma in early years to enhance my knowledge and practice in early child hood development and to bring this experience to Acle Preschool.

Cami - Bank staff

Hi, I am quite new to the team and very pleased to be a part of such a wonderful group of educators! Before I had my own son, I was a nurse in London for 10 years. Now I am expanding my horizons and venturing into the exciting and ever changing world of childcare! My favourite activities include creating sensory tuff trays for the children (and myself!) and as much outdoor and messy play as possible.
I look forward to working alongside your little ones and getting to know you all!
